Police are investigating an overnight shooting outside of a Brantford store that sells magic mushrooms.
An area near FunGuyz Magic Mushroom store at 230 Murray Street is currently closed off after police found evidence of multiple shots fired at the business.
Calls about gun shot sounds came in to Brantford police around 2 a.m.
Police say that no one was inside the store at the time of the shooting and that shell casings were found nearby.
The K-9 unit has searched the area and the investigation will likely continue until 9 a.m.
