Jennifer S. of Brantford matched the last six of seven ENCORE numbers in exact order in the April 11, 2026 LOTTO 6/49 draw to win $100,000.
Jennifer, a mother of two, said she’s been playing the lottery with OLG on and off for about 20 years.
“I don’t buy tickets regularly, but when I do, I always say yes to ENCORE. For the extra $1 and additional chances of winning, why not?” she said.
The 54-year-old said she purchased her ticket in-store and hung it on her fridge. About a week later, she remembered she had a few tickets to check.
“I grabbed this one from the fridge and scanned it using the OLG app,” she recalled. “At first, I thought it said I won $100, so I went to the store to cash it in. That’s when the machine went off saying I was a big winner. I was so happy that I started jumping up and down. Still, I could hardly believe it!”
Jennifer called her son right away to share the incredible news. “He was thrilled!” she said, with a smile.
With her winnings, she plans to pay some bills, save, and invest for the future. She also looks forward to doing something nice for her children.
“This whole experience has been exciting and surreal. I’m still in shock!” she concluded.
