Brantford Police seek information regarding robbery at gas station

Officers with the Brantford Police Service seek suspect information related to a recent gas station robbery.
On Friday, December 10, 2021, at approximately 4:15 a.m., officers with the Brantford Police Service were dispatched to attend a robbery which had occurred at a gas station located on Clarence Street South.
A lone male entered the store, showed a knife, and demanded money from the store employee. After receiving a small amount of currency, the suspect fled on foot heading northbound on Clarence Street.
 
The employee was not physically injured in the incident.
The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, wearing a grey hooded jacket and used a grey bandana to cover his face. Additional suspect details are not available.
The Brantford Police Service K-9 Unit was utilized in an attempt to track the suspect however, the suspect remains outstanding.
Police are looking for assistance from the public to identify the person(s) involved. Anyone who may have information is asked to contact the Brantford Police Services at 519-756-7050.
