NewsScare in the Square returning to Brantford

Scare in the Square is coming back to Brantford on Friday, October 1 and Saturday, October 2.

The event is hosted by the City of Brantford, in partnership with the Government of Ontario, through the ReConnect Program. Friday night’s activities will begin at 5:00 p.m. and will include Drive-in Haunt Movie Night (17+), character meet and greets, 80’s-themed and zombie roller skating, Casper’s Craft Corner, HOWL-o-ween Dog Parade, costume contests, Mad Science workshops and much more.

“This year’s event will look a little different than previous years, but will continue to offer some of your past favourites as well as some new exciting activities,” says Jennifer Middleton, Coordinator of Special Events for the City of Brantford. “We’re grateful for the support of the Government of Ontario through the Ontario ReConnect Program Festival and Events Grant which has helped make this possible.”

Pre-registration is required for all activities, with limited spots available. All COVID-19 safety protocols will be in place.
