Community Resource Service, which operates the Brantford Food Bank and Community Employment Service, announced the appointment of Beth Noble-Luciani as the organization’s new Executive Director on Wednesday, July 22, 2026.
Noble-Luciani will begin her new position August 10, 2026, and will work closely with outgoing Executive Director Heather Vanner until her retirement on August 31. The Board of Directors is committed to ensuring a strong and seamless transition in leadership.
“Community Resource Service has a long history of supporting individuals and families through food security, employment services, and community programs. I look forward to working alongside the dedicated staff, volunteers, Board Members, community partners, donors, and clients as we continue to strengthen the impact and respond to the evolving needs of our community,” said Noble-Luciani.
Noble-Luciani brings more than 15 years of experience in non-profit leadership, fundraising, community engagement, and strategic partnership development. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about bringing people together to strengthen communities and improve the lives of local families.
Noble-Luciani currently serves as Regional Director for Brant Haldimand Norfolk for United Way Golden Horseshoe where she has led fundraising initiatives, cultivated major donor and corporate partnerships, supported community investment strategies, and worked alongside volunteers, businesses, municipalities, and local agencies to address the regions most pressing community needs. She also previously served as Executive Director of Brant United Way, helping guide the organization through a period of significant growth and regional transition.
Board Chair Sean Hauk, said the Board is excited to welcome Luciani to the organization.
