The County of Brant will be celebrating Recreation and Parks Month, as well as, Seniors’ Month with free and low-cost activities throughout the month of June.
“The County of Brant and partners will be offering free to low-cost programs, events and activities throughout June to celebrate and promote our parks, trails, programs and much more,” said Sarah Dredge, Supervisor of Community Development. “We hope you will join us at the parks, in the pool, and online.”

Friday, June 2:
- 2:30 pm join Mayor David Bailey for the Pride Flag Raising behind County of Brant Council Chambers
- 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm join us at the County of Brant Public Library Paris branch for drop-in Pride activities. All ages welcome!
Friday, June 9 at 6:00 pm join us for an indoor movie, Angels in the Outfield, at the Burford Community Centre
Friday, June 16 at 6:00 pm join us for an indoor movie, Stand by Me, at the Gaukel Memorial Centre
Friday, June 23:
- 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm join us for the Kick Off to Summer event at Lions Park Paris
- 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm join us for a free swim at the Paris Community Pool
- At dusk, enjoy a movie in Lions Park Paris. Puss and Boots: The Last Chapter will be featured
