The County of Brant Public Library is inviting the community to the grand opening of the Onondaga Library Kiosk on Saturday, June 18, 2022.

From 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., residents can join library staff to explore library services, get a card, discover the book-lending kiosk, and borrow books. Crafts for children will also be offered.

“We’re thrilled to be in Onondaga, to share a space with the Onondaga Fire Station, and provide accessible library services to the community,” said Fred Gladding, Library Board Chair. “The book-lending kiosk is an exciting addition and connects the community to books 24/7!”

A plaque unveiling, hose cutting ceremony, and tour of the fire station are included in the grand opening festivities offered by the County of Brant Fire Department.

Located in the lobby of the County of Brant Fire Administration Building (734 Highway 54, Onondaga), Library staff provide on-site service weekly on Thursdays, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The book-lending kiosk is available 24/7 and holds books and movies for all ages, including popular new releases.
