Michaela Rimas and Jordan Skwira were the winners of a $25,000 all expenses paid luxury wedding at an Airbnb lake house in Muskoka, Ontario.
Michaela and Jordan met five years ago at a concert in Toronto. They were engaged on New Year’s Eve in 2019, and had planned to get married shortly after butas the world changed over the last couple of years, so did their plans.
One big bonus to having their plans changed…they now will have the cutest flower girl, their one year old daughter, Isla as a big part of
their wedding celebration.
“This is a dream come true. I still can’t believe it. Everything about a cottage wedding is completely us” shared Michaela.
“Amazing!! We are so thankful and excited” echoed her soon to be husband, Jordan.
Twenty vendors, many of whom are local to the Muskoka area, are coming together to make this dream wedding happen. The lucky couple will be married at a stunning, newly built lake house, sharing their vows overlooking shimmering Lake Muskoka on Wednesday, May 11.
“They get to just show up for their dreamy day and Muskoka stay – all the wedding details will be taken care of so that they can focus on the magic moments and celebrate their love story with those they hold closest,” said Bryn Armstrong, owner of Primp & Pop Event Co, the wedding design and planning company behind the giveaway.
“We can’t wait to spoil and treat Michaela and Jordan to the wedding of their dreams,” added Preet Gill, owner of the Falcon’s Nest Cottage, where the wedding will take place.
