Brant OPPBrant OPP charge Windsor man with Impaired Driving

A 43-year-old from Windsor is facing charges after a concerned citizen contacted Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) to report a traffic complaint in the County of Brant Friday evening.

An officer with the Brant County OPP responded to a traffic complaint on Highway 403 in the County of Brant at approximately 7:15 p.m. on Friday September 22, 2023.

A motorist observed driving behaviour that caused them concern and contacted police. Police located the vehicle where one person was arrested and transported to Brant County detachment for testing.

Police have charged 43-year-old Paul Pao-Liang CHANG, from Windsor with the following offences:

·      Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs and

·      Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice located in Brantford, Ontario at a later date.
