Burlington man facing charges after motor vehicle collision

Brant OPPBurlington man facing charges after motor vehicle collision

Brant County OPP were called to Grand River Street North at St. Patrick Street to investigate a two motor vehicle collision in the County of Brant at approximately 2:50 p.m. on Wednesday, May 13, 2026.

Police have charged Vasyl CHORNIY 51-years-old, of Burlington, Ontario with the following Criminal Code offences:

  • Operation While Impaired – Alcohol and Drugs,
  • Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80,
  • Dangerous Operation.

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of Justice in Brantford on June 25, 2026.
