City of BrantfordBrantford's Neighbourhood Hub program to offer free Yoga in the Park

The City of Brantford’s Neighbourhood Hub program announced that they will be offering a free drop-in Yoga in the Park series for all ages and experience levels this fall.

“The Neighbourhood Hub is thrilled to be able to offer this free program to the community,” said Maegen Rutten, Neighbourhood Program Coordinator for the City of Brantford. “Participants will have the opportunity to meet their neighbours, connect with nature, relax their mind and strengthen their body.”

Residents are invited to drop-in for a yoga session in the park and breathe in the fresh air and focus on their mind and body wellness. Classes will be offered Wednesdays from September 14 to October 5, 2022 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Spring Street Buck Park, located at 59 Spring Street. All ages and levels are welcome and limited yoga mats will be available. Classes may be cancelled due to poor weather.
