A driver is facing impaired driving charges, following an investigation by Brant County OPP.
Officers responded to a traffic complaint on Highway 403 West at the Middletown Line Road Off Ramp in the County of Brant at 3:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 17, 2026.
As a result of the investigation, police arrested and charged 42-year-old, John FADDIES from Brantford, with:
- Failure or refusal to comply with demand
- Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
The accused was released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on November 26, 2026.
