Brant County Health Unit (BCHU) provided its daily COVID-19 update. All statistics are as of today, Wednesday, February 9 at 11:00 a.m.
Currently, there are 207 total active cases with 25 new cases being reported in the last 24 hours and 19 people in hospital.
Since the pandemic began, BCHU has reported 8,067 total confirmed cases, 7804 total resolved cases and 56 deaths.
The Province of Ontario reported 3,162 new cases on Wednesday. There are currently 2,059 people hospitalized with COVID-19, and, of those in hospital, 449 are in intensive care units (ICU).
