Brant County Health Unit (BCHU) provided its daily COVID-19 update. All statistics are as of today, Friday, February 25 at 11:00 a.m.
Currently, there are 118 total active cases with 25 new cases being reported in the last 24 hours and 6 people in hospital.
Since the pandemic began, BCHU has reported 8,312 total confirmed cases, 8,129 total resolved cases and 65 deaths.
The Province of Ontario reported 2,427 new cases on Friday. There are currently 1,003 people hospitalized with COVID-19, and, of those in hospital, 297 are in intensive care units (ICU).
