Brant County Health Unit (BCHU) provided its daily COVID-19 update. All statistics are as of today, Monday, December 13 at 11:00 a.m.
Currently, there are 85 total active cases with 34 new cases being reported in the last 72 hours and six hospitalizations.
Since the pandemic began, BCHU has reported 4,450 total confirmed cases, 4,335 total resolved cases and 30 deaths.
In other COVID-19-related news, Grand Erie District School Board announced there was one elementary school case in the district in the last 24 hours, including 1 positive case at Lakewood Elementary. There were no COVID-19 outbreaks declared in the last 24 hours.
