Brantford Police charge man with 52 counts of Mischief

A 38-year-old Brantford man faces 52 charges of mischief under $5,000 after spray painting multiple locations in Downtown Brantford.

A total of 52 different addresses were damaged with over 90 individual spray-painted locations.

Through investigation, Brantford Police Service Special Constables identified the suspect, who was arrested at approximately 7:50 p.m. on April 25, 2023, at a Colborne Street East location.

As a result of the investigation, a 38-year-old man from Brantford, stands charged with 52 counts of Mischief under $5,000 contrary to the Criminal Code. 

The accused was requested to be held for bail.
