A 32-year-old Brantford man is facing charges following a child pornography investigation.
Brantford police carried out a search warrant at a home on August 19 after receiving information about the man possessing child pornography.
Officers seized multiple computers, cellphones and other electronic devices, all containing evidence of child pornography.
The man was then arrested and charged with accessing child pornography and two counts of possession of child pornography. He was held for a bail hearing.
Investigators say the man is known to have travelled extensively, and police are concerned he may have communicated with children on several different social media platforms. He allegedly used the following usernames and online identities: Deodee9; Deodee49; Daledeo; Karl or Karl; and Alexis; Karl antigula; and Karl shy.
