Woodstock man facing Stunt Driving and Speeding charges

Brant OPPWoodstock man facing Stunt Driving and Speeding charges

a member of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on 403 Highway East after observing a vehicle travelling at an excessive rate of speed at approximately 7:40 p.m. on Wednesday, November 12, 2025.

The officer was conducting speed enforcement in the area when a vehicle was observed travelling 155 km/h in a posted 110 km/h speed zone.

As a result of the investigation, a 32-year-old male driver from Woodstock has been charged with:

  • Drive Motor Vehicle – Perform Stunt – Excessive Speed
  • Speeding – 155 km/h in a 110 km/h posted speed zone

The driver’s licence was suspended for 30 days, and the vehicle was impounded for 14 days as per legislation.
