Times Square will be returning to Harmony Square on Saturday, December 31, 2022 from 9:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
Kick-off the New Year with a variety of free activities including: live music, a photo booth, party favours, ice-skating (weather permitting) and a spectacular fireworks show at midnight.
“We are delighted to offer another exciting opportunity this season to bring friends and family together and to celebrate the New Year,” said Jennifer Middleton, Coordinator of Special Events for the City of Brantford. “Everyone is welcome to join us as we celebrate the end of 2022 and welcome in 2023!”
The band Empty Hours will kick-off the celebration with live music starting at 9:30 p.m. as they perform classic alternative dance rock followed by Jace Martin & The Pace performing top pop, rock, blues and funk billboard hits. At 11:00 p.m. the headliner DESIRE will perform their International U2 Tribute Act starting.
Just before midnight the countdown will begin, the ball will drop and fireworks will light up the night sky welcoming in 2023!
