Three people charged after stealing vehicle

On Thursday, January 20, 2022, at approximately 4:00 p.m., patrol officers with the Brantford Police Service observed a vehicle travelling northbound on Pearl Street, which had previously been reported as stolen in another jurisdiction.
 
Two men and one woman face multiple charges after the stolen vehicle was observed by officers. Officers observed the vehicle pull into a driveway located on Palace Street. The two men and one woman occupying the vehicle exited and were arrested by police.
 
Search incident to arrest, located approximately 57.73 grams of suspected fentanyl within the vehicle.
 
As a result of the investigation, Judson CYBALSKI, 42, of Hamilton (no fixed address), stands charged with the following: 
  • Possession of stolen goods of $5,000, contrary to the Criminal Code
  • Occupant of motor vehicle or vessel without consent, contrary to the Criminal Code
  • Possession – Schedule I, contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
  • Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Schedule I, contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act

Dale Randall BEATON, 50 of no fixed address, stands charged with the following: 

  • Possession of stolen goods of $5,000, contrary to the Criminal Code
  • Occupant of motor vehicle or vessel without consent, contrary to the Criminal Code
  • Possession – Schedule I, contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
  • Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Schedule I, contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
 Blaire Elizabeth HOLTHAM, 23 of Hamilton, stands charged with the following: 
  • Possession of stolen goods of $5,000, contrary to the Criminal Code
  • Occupant of motor vehicle or vessel without consent, contrary to the Criminal Code
  • Breach of Probation contrary to the Criminal Code
  • Possession – Schedule I, contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
  • Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Schedule I, contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
