Brant OPPSix people arrested after drug trafficking investigation

Brant County Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) launched a drug trafficking investigation linked to addresses on Maple Crescent in Paris and Sheridan Street in Brantford.

On Tuesday, December 16, 2025, Brant CSCU, supported by Oxford, Middlesex, Elgin, Wellington, Haldimand, and Norfolk CSCU members, West Region Tactics and Rescue Unit, Emergency Response Team, OPP Canine Unit, and Brant OPP, executed two warrants at the identified addresses and took a total of six individuals into custody.

Sheridan Street, Brantford:

Jacob ETENBERG, 21-years-old of Brantford is charged with:

  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking- Fentanyl
  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine
  • Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm (two counts)
  • Careless storage of Firearm, Weapon, Prohibited device or ammunition (two counts)
  • Possession Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000 – in Canada.

This individual was held in custody and is awaiting his court disposition for the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford.

 Alana COOK, 21-years-old of Brantford is charges with:

  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking- Fentanyl
  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking –
  • Methamphetamine
  • Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm (two counts)
  • Careless storage of Firearm, Weapon, Prohibited device or ammunition (two counts)
  • Possession Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000 – in Canada
  • Fail to Comply with Probation Order
  • Possession of Firearm or Ammunition contrary to Prohibition Order.

This individual was held in custody and is awaiting her court disposition for the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford.

The following items were seized from the home:

  • A quantity of suspected fentanyl, methamphetamine, cocaine and hydromorphone pills
  • Two handguns (one loaded), ammunition
  • Over $50,000 in Canadian currency.

Maple Crescent, Paris:

Jason KINGS, 53-years-old of Paris is charged with:

  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
  • Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
  • Careless storage of Firearm, Weapon, Prohibited device or ammunition
  • Possession of a prohibited device or ammunition
  • Possession of a Firearm or Ammunition contrary to Prohibition Order
  • Fail to comply with undertaking.

This individual was held in custody and is awaiting his court disposition for the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford.

Shaune GURNEY, 50-years-old of Paris is charged with:

  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
  • Breach of a conditional sentence order.

This individual was held in custody and is awaiting his court disposition for the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford.

Theresa PLANT, 46-years-old of Brantford is charged with:

  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine.

This individual was held for Bail Hearing and released with a court date for the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford.

Emily FELHAZI, 44-years-old of Paris is charged with:

  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine.

This individual was held for Bail Hearing and released with a court date for the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford.

The following items were seized from the home:

  • A quantity of suspected cocaine
  • A loaded bullpup rifle
  • A ballistic vest
  • Additional firearms: 12-gauge shotgun, two rifles and ammunition

The total estimated value of drugs and property seized is approximately $210,100.
