Members of Six Nations Police Drug Enforcement Unit concluded a cocaine trafficking investigation by executing Section 11 Controlled Drugs and Substances Act Search Warrants at two residences and motor vehicles located on Chiefswood Road and 5th Line Road on Wednesday, April 9, 2025.
As a result of the investigation, police seized suspected cocaine, fentanyl, currency, scales, drug packaging along with a handgun with ammunition. Police have arrested and charged the following seven individuals in connection:
Diamond Butler (20 years) and Keara Lickers (19 years) both of Ohsweken, ON with the following criminal offences:
– Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
– Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Fentanyl
– Weapon: Unauthorized Possession
– Possession Over $5,000
– Weapon: Knowledge of Unauthorized Possession
Daniel Butler (27 years) of Ohsweken, ON, with the following criminal offences:
– Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking: Cocaine
– Possession Over $5,000
Cher General (51 years) and Randy Maracle (44 years) both of Ohsweken, ON, with the following criminal offences:
– Firearm: Unauthorized Possession
– Firearm: Knowledge of Unauthorized Possession
– Firearm: Regulations
– Prohibited or Restricted Firearm with Ammunition
Star General (63 years) of Ohsweken, ON, with the following criminal offences:
– Firearm: Unauthorized Possession
– Firearm: Knowledge of Unauthorized Possession
– Firearm: Regulations
– Prohibited or Restricted Firearm with Ammunition
– Firearm or Weapon: Contrary to Prohibition Order
– Breach of Probation X3
and Devon Walewski (18 years) of Caledonia, ON, with the following criminal offences:
– Firearm: Unauthorized Possession
– Firearm: Knowledge of Unauthorized Possession
– Firearm: Regulations
Diamond Butler was held into police custody pending a formal bail hearing. All other accused were released via Form 10 Undertaking with a future court date at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford, ON
