Officers with the Brantford Police Service were dispatched to attend a call of a break and enter in progress at a Rose Avenue residence at approximately 8:15 p.m. on Monday, October 24, 2022.

Officers attended and located the accused, who had gained entry to the residence. 

The accused was arrested and held for bail.

As a result, a 53-year-old man from Brantford stands charged with in the residence for break and enter with intent to commit theft, contrary to the Criminal Code.
