Six Nations Police, along with the Office of the Fire Marshall (OFM), are investigating a fatal fire that took place at a house trailer on River Range Road on Wednesday, June 4, 2025.

Six Nations Police, along with Emergency Medical Services and the Six Nations Fire department, were called to the scene at approximately 1:03 p.m. to find a house trailer fully engulfed.

A 68-year-old woman who resided within the home was pronounced deceased at the scene.  

The house trailer was adjacent to a house that also nsustained damage from the fire.  

The Office of the Fire Marshall has been called in to assist with determining the cause of the fire.
