Norfolk County man facing charges after uttering threats

Brant OPPNorfolk County man facing charges after uttering threats

Members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a residence in Brant County following a report that a homeowner had received threats to their life at approximately 6:30 p.m. on Monday, August 3, 2026.

Upon arrival at the residence, officers investigated and subsequently arrested a 44-year-old individual, Johnathon STANTON from Norfolk County, with two counts of Uttering Threats – Cause death or Bodily Harm.

The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on October 22, 2026, to answer to the charge.
