Brantford Police ServiceMan and woman facing one count of Breaking and Entering

Officers with the Brantford Police Service were dispatched to a Roy Boulevard location after an alarm was reported to have been triggered at approximately 12:30 a.m. on Monday, March 27, 2023.

Police had already been in the area for a separate report of suspicious parties and attended the scene. Officers discovered the rear door open and observed a suspect attempt to flee the premises. The suspect was arrested without incident.

A search of the premises located a second suspect who was hiding. This suspect was also taken into custody.

As a result, a 35-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman from Brantford, each stand charged with one count of Breaking and Entering contrary to the Criminal Code.
