London residents charged with Possession of Stolen Goods

Brantford Police ServiceLondon residents charged with Possession of Stolen Goods

Officers with the Brantford Police Service were dispatched to attend a Market Street South location after receiving a call to report a suspicious vehicle at approximately 10:15 a.m. on Monday, March 6, 2023.

Officers attended and confirmed the vehicle had been reported stolen from another jurisdiction. A man and woman were occupying the vehicle and were arrested without incident. The vehicle was recovered. 

Information received indicated both of the accused were in violation of valid probation orders.

As a result, a 34-year-old man and a 31-year-old woman from London each stand charged with the following Criminal Code violations:

  • Possession of Stolen Goods Over $5,000
  • Breach of Probation

The accused were both held for bail.
