Brant OPPImpaired driver caught after RIDE checkpoint in Brant County

Members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting R.I.D.E. on Cockshutt Road in Brant County when a vehicle was stopped at 11:09 p.m. on Monday, February 26, 2024.

The driver was exhibiting signs of impairment. They were placed under arrest and taken to a Qualified Intoxilizer Technician for breath tests.

Nathan HILL, 31-years-old, from the County of Brant has been charged with the following.

–      Operation While Impaired and,

–      Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 Plus)

The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on March 14, 2024, to answer to the charges.
