Laurel Simon of Brantford matched the last six of seven ENCORE numbers in exact order during the November 2, 2024 LOTTO 6/49 draw to win $100,000.
Simon, a retiree, has been playing the lottery with OLG for many years. She enjoys playing LOTTO 6/49 and LOTTO MAX, using OLG’s Quick Pick feature to make her selections. Adding ENCORE to her recent LOTTO 6/49 ticket had Simon celebrating her first big win.
“I took my ticket to the store to have it validated. When I realized I’d won $100,000, I was amazed!” Simon recalled, while visiting the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up her winnings. “I was very excited and everyone in the store congratulated me.”
“I shared the good news with my family, and they were all so happy for me,” Simon said. “Winning has been wonderful, especially during this time of year.”
Simon plans to complete some home renovations and share her winnings with family.
