Fifty-nine-year-old Eugene Soucey was convicted for 12 offences, including three counts of prostitution of person under 18, sexual interference person under 16 and 18 counts of fraud under $5,000.

He is described as White, five-foot-nine and 159 lbs. Soucey served his sentence and is now living in Brantford.

The current terms of his release prohibit him from attending a public park or swimming area where person under the age of 16 is present.
