Officers with the Brantford Police Service are continuing to investigate a reported sexual assault and are seeking information from the public to identify a vehicle of interest.

The incident occurred on Thursday, January 19, 2023, between 2:00 and 3:00 pm., in the area of Grand River Avenue and Church Street.

The vehicle of interest is described as a dark-coloured sport utility vehicle, similar to a Ford Explorer, with factory chrome detail and a sticker on the passenger side, top rear window that has words similar to “mom” underneath.

The motor vehicle described was observed in the area of Grand River Avenue and Church Street at the time of the incident and investigators believe the driver may be able to provide information to assist the investigation.
