Officers with the Brantford Police Service were dispatched to a retail location on Shellard Lane after receiving a report of a robbery at approximately 12:30 a.m. on Thursday, January 5, 2023.
A suspect was reported to have entered the store, brandished a gun, and demanded cash from the store employee.
The suspect obtained a quantity of currency and fled the scene on foot.
The suspect is described as:
- male, approximately 30-years-old, 5″10, 140 lbs., wearing a blue Covid mask, brown jacket, dark pants, and brown hooded sweatshirt
No physical injuries were sustained as a result of the incident.
