Officers with the Brantford Police Service were dispatched to a Market Street South location for a break and enter call for service involving an unwanted man at approximately 1:30 a.m. on Friday, September 22, 2023.

Officers attended and located the suspect within the building. The accused was arrested without incident.

Information received indicated the accused was in violation of a valid Probation Order.

As a result, a 37-year-old male from Brantford stands charged with the following Criminal Code violations: 

  • Break and Enter with Intent to Commit Indicatable Offence 
  • Probation Order Non-Compliance
