On Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at approximately 9:00 p.m., officers with the Brantford Police Service were dispatched to the area of Tollgate Road and Dogwood Drive after receiving a report of an assault involving two youths.
Officers attended and, through investigation, learned that after a brief confrontation, one of the youths was allegedly assaulted.
The victim received medical treatment for the minor physical injuries sustained.
Through investigation, officers located, and arrested the suspect.
As a result, a 15-year-old male youth resident of Brantford stands charged with the following Criminal Code offence:
- Assault
