Investigators with the Brantford Police Service have arrested three men believed responsible for a stabbing that sent a 25-year-old man to hospital.

On Monday, January 30, 2023, members of the Brantford Police Service, assisted by the Windsor Police Service Intelligence Unit and Emergency Response Team identified and located the three suspects believed responsible for the stabbing at a hotel in Windsor, Ontario.  

All three men were arrested and transported to Brantford for a bail court appearance, scheduled for January 31, 2023.

The three men, who range in age from 18 to 21-years-of age, are from Hamilton and face charges of Aggravated Assault and Assault with a Weapon.  

On Friday, January 27, 2023, at approximately 3:30 p.m. members of the Brantford Police Service uniform patrol responded, along with paramedics, to the scene of a stabbing outside an Erie Avenue business.

Upon arrival, police located a 25-year-old man suffering from a single stab wound. The victim was transported to hospital and provided treatment for a non-life-threatening injury.
