Officers with the Brantford Police Service were dispatched to attend a break and enter in progress at a Brant Avenue residence at approximately 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, September 28, 2023.
Officers attended and located the suspect as he was attempting to flee the residence through a lower-level window. He was then arrested.
As a result, a 45-year-old male resident of Brantford stands charged with the following Criminal Code violations:
Break, Enter a Dwelling House with Intent to Commit Indicatable Offence
