Brantford man charged with Break and Enter with Intent

On Thursday September 22, 2022, at approximately 1:45 a.m., officers with the Brantford Police Service were dispatched to attend a location on Tutela Heights Road after receiving an alarm call.

Investigation revealed that a man had been observed entering the building thru a window, and after triggered the alarm, vacated the property. The accused was located seated on the front porch of the building.

Further investigation determined that the accused was in violation of a valid Probation Order.

As a result of this investigation, a 36-year-old man from Brantford stands charged with the following Criminal Code violations: 

•  Break and Enter with Intent 

•   Breach Probation
