Members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged one individual following an intimate partner violence investigation in Brant County.
On February 13, 2026, at approximately 1:30 pm, Brant County OPP responded to a report of harassment at a residence in the County of Brant.
As a result of the investigation, a 55-year-old individual from Brant County was arrested and charged under the Criminal Code with the following charges:
· Criminal Harassment
· Mischief Under $5000.00
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford at a later date.
