A driver is facing impaired charges after police were called to a collision involving three motor vehicles.

Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) members attended the scene of a three-vehicle collision on Highway 403 eastbound near the Wayne Gretzky Parkway off-ramp in the County of Brant at approximately 2:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 28, 2026.

No serious injuries were sustained by those involved. Police have charged Ines KLAPIC, 34-years-old, from Hamilton with the following Criminal Code offences:

  • Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80,
  • Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
  • Dangerous operation

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of Justice in Brantford on September 3, 2026.
