Brant County Health Unit (BCHU) provided its daily COVID-19 update. All statistics are as of today, Tuesday, March 1 at 11:00 a.m.
Currently, there are 98 total active cases with 11 new cases being reported in the last 24 hours and 2 people in hospital.
Since the pandemic began, BCHU has reported 8,370 total confirmed cases, 8,207 total resolved cases and 65 deaths.
The Province of Ontario reported 1,176 new cases on Tuesday. There are currently 914 people hospitalized with COVID-19, and, of those in hospital, 278 are in intensive care units (ICU).
