Brant County Health Unit (BCHU) provided its daily COVID-19 update. All statistics are as of today, Monday, January 10 at 11:00 a.m.
Currently, there are 865 total active cases with 265 new cases being reported in the last 72 hours and eight people in hospital.
Since the pandemic began, BCHU has reported 6,562 total confirmed cases, 5,660 total resolved cases and 37 deaths.
The Province of Ontario reported 9,706 new cases on Monday. There are currently 2,467 people hospitalized with COVID-19, and, of those in hospital, 438 are in intensive care units (ICU).
