Officers with the Brantford Police Service have arrested a 25-year-old man from Toronto for April 30, 2025, assault and robbery of a man.
Between 4:00 a.m., and 4:40 a.m., on Friday, April 30, 2025, officers with the Brantford Police Service responded to a report of an assault and robbery of a man in the area of King Street and Colborne Street.
It was reported that two men approached the male victim, who was assaulted and robbed of cash.
The victim was transported to hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
Through investigation, one of the suspects, a 25-year-old man from Toronto, was arrested by Brantford police on June 2, 2025, and charged with Robbery and Aggravated Assault. Officers continue to seek the second suspect.
