Officers were dispatched to attend a disturbance involving two men outside an Inglewood Street residence at approximately 9:45 p.m. on Tuesday, April 11, 2023.
It was reported that the accused is alleged to have damaged both the victim’s cellphone and drone with a golf club before swinging the golf club at the victim in a threatening manner.
The accused and the victim were known to each other.
As a result, a 57-year-old man from Brantford stands charged with the following Criminal Code violations:
- Assault with a Weapon
- Mischief Under $5,000
