Man facing multiple counts of Mischief after Break and Enter

Brantford Police ServiceMan facing multiple counts of Mischief after Break and Enter

Officers with the Brantford Police were dispatched after receiving a report of a break and enter at a fenced compound located at Grey Street at approximately 8:30 p.m. on Friday, November 25, 2022.

Investigation revealed the accused entered the compound and allegedly broke five separate car windows to steal various items located within the vehicles. 

Information received indicated the accused was in violation of a valid probation order.

As a result, a 40-year-old man from Brantford, was arrested and stands charged with the following Criminal Code violations:

  • Break and enter and commit
  • Mischief x 5 
  • Breach Probation
