Brantford Police ServiceBrantford Police rule sudden death as non-suspicious

Officers with the Brantford Police Service responded to a call for service regarding concerns for the well-being of a male located at a Sheridan Street residence at approximately 7:40 p.m. on Wednesday, September 8, 2022.

Officers attended, and two men – both 19-years of age – were located deceased within the residence.

At this time, the Brantford Police Service would like to advise the public that investigators do not believe foul play is involved and have ruled the deaths to be non-suspicious.

Next of kin notifications have been completed and this investigation now resides with Coroner’s Office.

Out of compassion for the families, the names of the deceased will not be released.
