Brantford men charged with Attempt to Break and Enter

Brantford Police ServiceBrantford men charged with Attempt to Break and Enter

Officers with the Brantford Police Service were dispatched to attend a break and enter call for service, occurring at a Cayuga Street residence at approximately 2:40 a.m. on Sunday, August 7, 2022.

It was reported that a witness observed two men attempting to gain entry to a residence by kicking in the rear door. 

Police arrived on scene, located both suspects and, after a brief foot pursuit both accused were subsequently arrested without incident. 

As a result of the investigation, a 25-year-old man and a 27-year-old man, both of Brantford, each stand charged with one count of Attempt Break and Enter with Intent to Commit Indictable Offence contrary to the Criminal Code.
