Members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged one individual following an intimate partner violence investigation in Brant County.
Brant County OPP responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence in the County of Brant at approximately 5:30 p.m. on Monday, June 22, 2026.
As a result of the investigation, a 40-year-old individual from Brant County was arrested and charged under the Criminal Code with:
- Assault – Spousal
- Mischief – Destroys or Damages Property.
The accused was held in custody and scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford, via Zoom video.
