Brantford woman facing Impaired Driving charges

A driver is facing impaired driving charges following an investigation by Brant County OPP.

An officer conducted a traffic stop on Colborne Street East between Brant County Road 18 and Papple Road in the County of Brant at 3:20 a.m. on Sunday, May 10, 2026.

As a result of the traffic stop and subsequent investigation, police arrested and charged a 20-year-old driver, Amber CHAPMAN from Brantford, with the following Criminal Code charges:

  • Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80,
  • Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs,
  • Dangerous operation

Upon completion of all court documents, the accused was released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on June 18, 2026.

Hagersville resident facing charge after traffic stop

A driver is facing Theft charges, following an investigation by Brant County OPP. On the afternoon of May 9, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Cockshutt Road and Burtch Road in the County of Brant.  

As a result of the traffic stop and subsequent investigation, police arrested and charged a 42-year-old driver, Kyle HENHAWK from Hagersville, with the following Criminal Code charge of Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 – in Canada.

Upon completion of all court documents, the accused was released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on July 23, 2026.

Brant OPP charge driver after traffic stop in Paris

A driver is facing Impaired Driving charges, following an investigation by Brant County OPP.

An officer conducted a traffic stop on Grand River Street South in the County of Brant at 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 9, 2026.  

As a result of the traffic stop and subsequent investigation, police arrested and charged a 67-year-old driver, Daniel ANDERSON from Brantford, with the following Criminal Code charge of Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80.

Upon completion of all court documents, the accused was released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on June 18, 2026.

Paris resident facing Operation while Impaired charges

An officer conducted a traffic stop on Mechanic Street and Broadway Street West in the County of Brant at 3:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 9, 2026.

As a result of the traffic stop and subsequent investigation, police arrested and charged a 42-year-old driver, Alexander MISEROWSKY from Paris, with the following Criminal Code charges:

  • Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80.
  • Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs

Upon completion of all court documents, the accused was released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on June 19, 2026.
