Officers with the Brantford Police Service were dispatched to the area of Veterans Memorial Parkway after receiving a report of a road rage incident involving a man and woman at approximately 8:20 p.m. on Wednesday, October 4, 2023.
It was reported that a road rage incident had escalated to physical violence, resulting in the accused man allegedly striking the female victim.
As a result, a 32-year-old male resident of Brantford stands charged with the following Criminal Code offence:
- Assault
