21-year-old from Hamilton facing Stunt Driving charges

Brant OPP21-year-old from Hamilton facing Stunt Driving charges

A member of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Colborne Street East after observing a vehicle travelling at an excessive rate of speed at approximately 12:05 p.m. on Monday, November 17, 2025.

The officer was conducting speed enforcement in the area when a vehicle was observed travelling 120 km/h in a posted 60 km/h zone.

As a result of the investigation, a 21-year-old driver from Hamilton has been charged with:

  • Drive Motor Vehicle – Perform Stunt – Excessive Speed
  • Speeding – 120 km/h in a 60 km/h Zone

The driver’s licence was suspended for 30 days, and the vehicle was impounded for 14 days as per legislation. The driver is scheduled to appear in Brantford court in answer to the charges on December 18, 2025.
